Description
This course will allow the student to communicate orally in English at a basic level in a limited number of personal and social related situations, mostly predictable and familiar.
Objectives

Understand basic English vocabulary and grammar in order to effectively communicate
- Define basic vocabulary words related to personal and social situations
- Formulate sentences using appropriate verb tenses and sentence structure
- Formulate interrogative sentences

Engage in basic formal and informal conversations on personal and social related topics
- Introduce self and others using key phrases
- Use common expressions in a social setting
- Express opinion on familiar topics
