Description
This course will allow the student to develop oral proficiency in English in order to communicate at an intermediate level in a wide variety of contexts.
Objectives

Increase vocabulary and grammar skills in order to effectively communicate orally in English at an intermediate level
- Define new vocabulary words relating to a variety of personal, social and business related topics
- Formulate complex sentences using descriptive words, appropriate grammar and sentence structure

Maintain formal and informal conversations in English on a variety of personal, social and business related topics
- Introduce self and others using descriptive words and complex sentences
- Present ideas clearly on a variety of topics such as health, banking, travel, work and current events
- Maintain conversations on a variety of topics and abstract concepts
