Description

This course will allow the student to develop the ability to sustain conversations in French about familiar and unfamiliar topics and exchanges encountered in and out of class. The learner will be able to improve his communication skills in social and professional settings.

Objectives

  • Sustain formal and informal interactions in French in social and professional settings
  • Demonstrate some control and knowledge of vocabulary, grammar and sentence structures in order to effectively communicate in French, despite mistakes, pauses and false starts

  • Vocabulary related to daily activities, projects, instructions, directions, procedures, and past activities
  • Formal and informal conversations
  • Pronunciation
  • Grammar components and sentence structures

Additional Training Informations

An entrance test will determine the student’s skill level in French.
