Objectifs
- Communicate effectively with clients (or their representatives), co-workers, and supervisors
- Write messages that are clear, precise, linguistically correct, and adapted to the context (correspondence to be forwarded to clients, documentation to be filed, etc.)
- Apply numeracy skills to carry out certain tasks related to the work of pension specialists
- Understand the terminology and basic concepts associated with pensions and retirement plans
- Conduct research and collect and process information in a conscientious, uniform, and rigorous manner
- Use software and information technologies to perform the work with care and precision
- Learn good data entry techniques for alphanumeric and numeric keyboards
- Work in cooperation with others to achieve organizational goals
- Adapt so as to work effectively with various persons and groups in changing or ambiguous situations
- Adopt professional conducts
Conditions d'admission
Profile A
- High School Diploma (regular courses, modified courses or a combination of both) or Adult High School DiplomaOr
- “High School Diploma (PCE or PCR) (see note 4)”Or
- “Essential Skills for Adults Secondary Education Diploma (CESA)”Or
- “Essential Skills Certificate related to selected program (PCEA)”Or
- GED or CCEA (Canadian Adult Education Credential)Or
- CCNB Admission Test (see notes 6 and 7)Or
- International Applicant – High School Diploma, or equivalent, and CCNB Admission Test (see note 7).
- Transcripts including Adapted Level courses or MAPE (Modified Program Expectations), or Essential Workplace Skills programs (PCEMT and PCRMT) require additional assessment.
- Essential Skills Program (PCE and PCR) is designed to prepare students for entry into predetermined study programs leading to specific trades.
- Essential Skills Program (PCEA) prepares students for minimal competencies in one of several pathways, such as: Construction I, Mechanics I, Human Techniques II or III, Business II, Health, Tourism I, Personal Care I, Arts and Culture II or IV, or Driving, Operations and Natural Resources II.
- Applicants under 21 who do not meet admission criteria require further assessment.
- Applicants 21 or older who do not meet admission criteria must pass the CCNB Admission Test.
- Applicants with High School Diploma, or equivalent, from outside Canada must pass the CCNB Admission Test.
- CCNB Admission Test is mandatory for competitive-entry programs: Respiratory Therapy, Medical Radiation Technology, and Medical Laboratory Science.

Ce cours permettra à l'étudiant d'analyser, de façon multidimensionnelle, la qualité des services de santé et des services communautaires (dimensions technique, sociale et économique) aux niveaux de la structure des services (intrants), des processus de production et des résultats (efficacité, satisfaction et efficience) ou des effets des services. Ce cours permettra à l’étudiant de développer des techniques de planification stratégique dans un contexte de mutation et de mise en oeuvre de stratégies favorisant la gestion du changement et la mobilisation des ressources des établissements de santé et de services communautaires. L’étudiant développera des techniques d’analyse des forces et des faiblesses de l’organisation, d’analyse des contraintes et de reconnaissance des opportunités, d’exécution et d’évaluation des plans périodiques, de mobilisation des ressources autour de la réalisation des objectifs de l’organisation et de gestion du changement.
