This course will allow the student to become familiar with the basic concepts of production and distribution, in order to reduce costs and increase revenues of the company.

Ce cours permettra à l'étudiant d'être exposé aux éléments du Programme de gestion de la qualité (PGQ) pour les travailleurs à la production de l'industrie de la transformation des produits de la mer et de les sensibiliser au rôle qui leur revient aux fins de sa mise en œuvre.

Le programme Fondements de la gestion des ressources humaines vise à préparer l'étudiant à comprendre des principes fondamentaux de gestion de ressources humaines dans le domaine des affaires. L'étudiant pourra explorer les concepts de leadership et de motivation ainsi que des stratégies de communication écrite afin de fonctionner dans une équipe de façon optimale.
